Universal Outline Caps
The Universal Outline Caps is a classic cap, also known as the “Universal German Outline Cap.” It got its name from being one of the only caps able to fit older Rustoleum female valve paint as well as modern “fancy paint” (European & Asian manufactured spray paint). Rumor has it this cap was the second version of the classic German Outline Cap, modified to fit more valves. To this day it is still one of the choice caps for consistently solid lines with very low overspray.
Pair it with an adapter and this cap still works great on modern Rustoleum male valve spray paint.
